What is Co-Active Coaching?

Co-Active coaching is a powerful, human-centred approach built on the belief that you are already naturally creative, resourceful and whole. In other words: you don’t need fixing, but the space, support and questions to bring your strengths, values and inner wisdom to the surface.

In a Co-Active partnership, we focus on both being and doing. This means we look at who you are and what you want to create. We explore your inner world: your energy, values, and longings. This helps clarify what next steps will feel aligned and right for you. When your inner world and your goals are in sync, your actions emerge from a place that feels authentic and meaningful.

The Co-Active approach is experiential, reflective, sometimes playful and always rooted in your growth. It supports you to slow down and listen inward. From that place of greater self-awareness, clarity and resourcefulness, you can make choices that allow you to step into our life and work with more authenticity, confidence and ease.

Why I Work with ICF Standards

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the leading global organisation for professional coaching. It sets rigorous standards for ethics, training, and competence. It ensures coaches follow proven methods and provide coaching that is both professional and transformative.

Being ICF-certified means I adhere to these global standards, combining both professional expertise and a commitment to continuous learning. This means you can approach the process with confidence and trust and fully focus on your own growth.

Working with Your Inner Voices

In addition to the Co-Active model, I draw on approaches that explore the constellation of the Self, including Positive Intelligence (PQ) and elements of Voice Dialogue. Both frameworks support you to become aware of the various inner voices that influence thoughts, emotions and habitual behaviour. By understanding these voices and working with them, you can shift from autopilot to more grounded, resourceful and intentional ways of acting. Supporting greater clarity, resilience and self-leadership.

Co-Active Theoretic framework

The Co-Active model is rooted in a blend of psychology, neuroscience and experiential learning. It brings together insights from positive psychology, emotional intelligence, systems thinking and somatic awareness to support people create change that is both meaningful and sustainable. Co-Active assumes that true growth happens when we align who we are on the inside with what we choose to do on the outside.

This framework encourages people to deepen self-awareness, expand their perspective and take ownership of their life or leadership they want to create. It’s practical, human and designed to support real transformation, not just short-term fixes.

My Coaching Style

My coaching style is warm, grounded and energising. I create a space where you can slow down, reflect deeply and connect with your full self. While also being encouraged to stretch, experiment and take meaningful action.
By combining presence with intentional structure, I help you find both clarity and momentum, balancing reflection and insights with movement and results.

Clients often describe working with me as both grounding and energising: a combination that supports them in stepping into their life and work with confidence, authenticity and purpose.
